Chapter 2
I thought the most interesting thing I read in Chapter 2 was the structure of the email and the use of Netiquette. I had never heard that phrase before, and it does make sense that it should be implemented into ever online correspondence. The email structure was a new thing because I did not know what the Bcc was used for, I found that discussion in class to be interesting as well. That is not something I would use in my personal life. Now I wonder if its being done to me when I receive emails at work!
